If your product came with a sample vapor pad, it should be placed upright ONLY in the vapor pad tray slot located in the center of the medicine cup. It can also be used with the inhaler cover. DO NOT put vapor pads or essential oils in the water tank to avoid cracking the tank.
WHY SHOULD I USE A HUMIDIFIER?
The real question is why shouldn’t you? Humidifiers add moisture to indoor air, relieving congestion from the common cold and flu and soothing scratchy throats, dry skin and eyes, and irritated sinuses. Perfect for babies, adults, and everyone in between, a humidifier’s additional moisture thins the mucus in the sinuses, making it easier to breathe. (And we know that when it comes down to your family’s health, you’re all about breathing easy.)

CAN I ADD ESSENTIAL OIL OR VAPOR PAD IN MY HUMIDIFIER?
NO. Your humidifier is meant for water and water only. Adding any essential oils or medication may actually cause damage or cracking of your tank – and no one wants that!
HOW DO I START MY HUMIDIFIER?
When using the humidifier, make sure the mist chamber is securely in the base before placing the filled water tank on. Â Plug the power cord in, then press the power icon. Â The droplet icon should illuminate green (1 drop=low, 2 drops=high) to let you know the power is on. Â Note:Â Â It will take 3-5 minutes for the water to heat & mist to begin to rise.
HOW DO I START MY INHALER?
Make sure the mist chamber is removed from the base.  Fill the base with cool water below the max indicator.  Place the vent assembly and inhaler mask securely on the base.  Plug the power cord in, then press the power icon.  The steam icon should illuminate green to let you know the power is on.  Note:  It will take 3-5 minutes for the water to heat & mist to begin to rise.
DO NOT USE WITHOUT THE INHALER MASK ATTACHED & ALWAYS START STEAM TREATMENT AT MINIMUM!
HOW DO I ADJUST MIST INTENSITY ON THE INHALER?
ALWAYS BEGIN AT MINIMUM (VENT LEVERS ON THE LEFT)
Slowly slide the vent levers clockwise to allow more steam & to increase the temperature – or counterclockwise for lower steam flow & to reduce the temperature.  If the steam is uncomfortably warm even at the lowest setting, lift your face 1-2 inches above the mask.
Do not place hands on/around the base & mask to avoid burns from steam escaping.
WHAT NOISE LEVEL CAN I EXPECT?
Despite some of our loud, colorful designs – we pride ourselves on having whisper quiet humidifiers. The fan in the humidifier whirs quietly as it disperses a soothing mist.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY DEVICE?
Cleaning is simple, but very important to keep your humidifier running smoother, longer! We recommend emptying the water tank & basin daily and disinfecting once a week. Use 1-2 tablespoons of white vinegar and half a tank of water to disinfect.
WHY IS MY DEVICE LEAKING?
Our humidifiers are built for all different environments, so it is possible the mist output setting is simply too high for your space. Try to adjust the mist so you see it rise, but not fall onto the surface. If this doesn’t solve the problem, check to make sure the rubber ring inside the water tank cap is secure. If you move your humidifier often, always move the tank & basin separately to reduce leaking.
WHY ISN’T THERE AS MUCH MIST COMING OUT AS USUAL?
Try emptying some of the water from the base. Too much water can prevent the humidifier from misting properly. Also check to make sure no foreign objects have made their way into the base. Finally, make sure it is not placed on carpeting or a towel as fibers can block the fan vent. If you are still having trouble, reach out to our Customer Care representatives.
WHY DID MY DEVICE SHUT OFF?
The steam treatment will automatically shut off after 20 minutes of use to indicate the end of a full treatment cycle. Â To begin another cycle, press the power button again.
The device will automatically shut off if the base is empty (and the indicator light will turn red to let you know to refill before continuing use). Â Always unplug & let the item cool before moving to refill.
WHY IS INDICATOR LIGHT STAYING RED EVEN AFTER I’VE FILLED WITH WATER?
The water level sensor may need to be cleaned. Â Unscrew the water level sensor cap with a flat head screwdriver & wash both pieces before replacing. Â If the light still is showing red, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
WHY DOES’NT MY DEVICE HAVE POWER?
• Make sure your unit is properly plugged into a working power outlet
• Ensure the mist chamber is securely placed in the base in order to use the humidifier.  It will not work without this piece.
WHY IS THERE CONDENSATION ON THE WINDOWS?
Your humidifier is working a little too hard. Adjust the mist output to a lower setting to reduce the humidity of the room, and always keep the door cracked to allow for better air flow. Get the benefits of the humidifier with crystal clear windows!
DO YOUR HUMIDIFIER CONTAIN BPA OR PHTHATE IN THE PLASTIC?
Nope nope nope! All of our humidifiers are made with the following materials: ABS, SAN and PP. The chemicals Bisphenol A and Phthalate are not used in the manufacturing process.
HOW SHOULD STORE MY DEVICE?
Clean and dry the humidifier completely, then remove the water tank cap. Â Try to keep all parts together & do not store under heavy objects as this may cause damage.
