✅ Warranty Overview

Your Crane product (humidifier, air purifier, or fan) is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty includes free repair labor for covered issues and free parts replacement within the first month.

✅ What’s Covered (Factory Defects Only)

We will repair or replace defective components at no labor cost to the customer. Replacement parts are free during the first month, and may be charged after.

Covered issues include:

• 🌀 Motor malfunction (e.g., not spinning, weak airflow)
• 💨 No mist output (for humidifiers) due to factory defect
• 🔌 Unit not powering on, despite proper setup
• 🧠 Faulty buttons, control panel, or LED indicators
• 🔁 Auto shut-off or timer malfunction
• 🔊 Unusual internal noise caused by a factory defect

❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

• ⚠️ Misuse (dropping, overfilling, improper setup, wrong voltage)
• 🌊 Water damage from spills, submersion, or improper cleaning
• 🧽 Dirt, mold, or mineral buildup from lack of regular cleaning
• 🛠️ Unauthorized repairs or tampering
• ⚡ Power surges or lightning
• 🧾 Normal wear-and-tear parts (filters, water tanks, fan blades)
• 🎨 Cosmetic issues (scratches, fading, discoloration)

🔄 Additional Service Terms

📦 1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your product has a factory defect within 7 days of delivery, it is eligible for a free replacement.

• We will cover all costs, including shipping.
• Replacement is subject to verification (photos or videos may be requested).
• Contact our support team to initiate the request within the 7-day window.

🛠️ 2. 1-Month Limited Warranty for Factory Defects

For manufacturer-related issues reported after 7 days but within the first month:

• ✅ Free repair labor
• ✅ Free replacement parts
• After 1 month: Labor remains free, but parts may be charged.

This applies to factory defects only, not accidental or misuse-related damage.
